Ashley & Krishnan, PC is dedicated to helping researchers. Our attorneys take great pride knowing that their efforts have allowed thousands of clients continue to live and work in the United States. This firm was opened in 2006 by Mark Ashley and Ramasamy Krishnan to specifically assist researchers and employers with the green card process.
Because the immigration laws of the United States are confusing, we strive to expertly explain the laws, properly evaluate the facts of each case and provide the best possible service for our clients.

Mark Ashley
Admitted to the Texas Bar since 1991, Mark Ashley has lived in Texas his whole life. Upon receipt of his Bachelor of Arts degree from Austin College, Mark continued his education at St. Mary's Law School and graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1991. As a law student, Mark distinguished himself in many advocacy competitions and received the American Jurisprudence Award for "Outstanding Performance."
In his capacity as an immigration attorney, Mark has successfully represented clients throughout the world. Mark believes that clients should be comfortable with their attorney and Mark treats each client's case as if it were his own.
Ramasamy Krishnan
Ramasamy Krishnan concentrates his legal practice exclusively in the area of Immigration Law. Mr. Krishnan has been admitted to practice law in Tennessee and has worked for several years with immigration law firms in Georgia, North Carolina and Texas. Mr. Krishnan has broad experience in family-based and employment-based visa issues.
Being an immigrant himself, Mr. Krishnan personally understands firsthand the worries that his clients face and works hard to ensure that each client receives excellent service and has the best chance for success.
